EMDR Intensives & Details

Duration:
EMDR Intensives begin with half-day (3-hour) or full-day (6-hour) sessions and can extend up to 5 days. Each intensive includes mindfulness and movement breaks to support emotional regulation and well-being.

Travel-Friendly Option: Distance doesn’t have to be a barrier. EMDR Intensives are structured to fit into one to several days, minimizing the need for extended time off and reducing scheduling conflicts.

EMDR Intensive Package Fees

EMDR Intensives are self-pay and not covered by insurance. However, we accept HSA and FSA cards, as well as debit and credit cards.

The cost of your EMDR Intensive is determined by the number of days needed for your personalized package.

A focused, shorter session designed for those seeking targeted EMDR work while maintaining flexibility in their schedule.

3 - 6 contact hours of EMDR for trauma reprocessing and integration

Ongoing Traumatic Stress

Designed for those seeking a more immersive healing experience with additional time for integration and resourcing.

12-18 contact hours of EMDR over two to three days

Story Clearing

A fully immersive EMDR experience, providing the opportunity for deep transformation and lasting relief.

18-30 contact hours of EMDR over three to five days

✔ Extended time for deeper trauma processing, skill-building, and integration


Payment Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your EMDR Intensive.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due on the first day of your intensive.

  • Your scheduled time will be held for up to 7 days without a deposit. After this period, payment is required to confirm your spot.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. Deposits can be transferred to a new date.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before your intensive will receive a full refund.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days, except in cases of a medical emergency or crisis.
